Gillian is a champion of collaboration and creativity. She’s worked in restaurants, corporate offices, and nonprofits—holding roles from hourly staff to manager—so she knows firsthand what helps teams thrive. With a passion for people and an extensive background in the arts, she brings a unique perspective to team dynamics, culture, and how we can all work better together.
Cecilee knows what it’s like to feel disconnected at work. From shoe repair to event planning, from janitor to business owner, she’s seen how a lack of real connection drains motivation and stifles creativity. But when people feel like they belong, everything changes—morale soars, ideas flow, and businesses flourish.
